“The material palette was inspired by their Europe trip—light timber, soft greys, and warm beiges, forming a neutral base while the wall finishes and accessories gave the apartment its identity similar to the winter wonderland the owner experienced. It allowed the couple to relive their honeymoon, the happiest month of their lives.”

The designer's thoughts

The 1-bedroom unit at The Promenade @ Pelikat was styled for a young couple with an open-concept living and dining layout, allowing the compact space to flow seamlessly.

A large mirror opposite the kitchen enhances the sense of openness, while a swivel TV anchors the home—effortlessly pivoting between living and rest, blurring the boundaries while enhancing both comfort and connection.

The material palette and neutral base of light timber, soft greys, and warm beiges were inspired by the couple’s honeymoon in Europe. While the wall finishes and accessories layer in character drawn from the wondrous winter landscapes they experienced. Together, they create a space that doesn’t just hold the moments of their lives they share, they create a home where they’re allowed to return to that feeling—the happiest month of their lives.
